Abstract：
伟大的科学家爱因斯坦曾经说过：“兴趣是最好的老师”，人一旦有了学习的兴趣，便会迸发出极大的生命力和超强的行动力，自发的去进行高难度的知识学习和实践运用。由此我们知道在学习中兴趣的培养是首要条件，作为一名小学语文教师，引导和激发学生产生学习的兴趣，对于学生能力的提高非常有帮助。
