Abstract：
核心素养的培养工作比较漫长，对教师的基本功是一个较大的挑战，初中数学教师需要着眼于当前学科教学的现实条件，关注对不同教学板块的深入分析及研究。以发展学生的核心素养为基础，构建科学完善的教育教学体系，给予学生更多自主探索的机会，保障学生能够获得更多的收获及成长。
