Abstract：
随着中国城镇化步伐的推动，中国城市的交通愈来愈拥挤。为此，中国城市的领导者给出了踊跃发展立体交通，即城市桥梁。路桥应该保证质量第一，允许架桥。纵然具备一定的承重能力，但是与城市之美相得益彰，显示出较好的经济资源优势。为保证交通设施通畅，保证城市经济发展，必须不断加强居住小区桥梁的养护及建设管理，那是做好居住小区桥梁建设的关键保护措施之一。本论文对于居住小区桥梁的养护与施工管理办法展开了剖析及研讨。
