科学、合理使用航闸专项资金是航道、船闸养护建设快速发展的有力保障，对交运运输主管部门的发展有着至关重要的推动作用。本文首先分析了目前航闸专项资金在使用管理过程中存在的主要问题和不足，针对问题和不足，详细阐述了提升航闸专项资金管理水平、规范专项资金使用、强化专项资金监管以及提高专项资金使用效率的对策措施。
