Abstract：
党的十九大报告中提出：“就业是最大的民生。要始终坚持就业优先战略与积极就业政策，实现更高质量、更充分的就业”。我国2019届普通高校毕业生总人数又创新高，达到了834万，比2018年的数据820万人还增加了近14万。可想而知，当代大学生面临的就业形势十分严峻！不过，虽然形势愈发严峻，但我们国力强盛，实力雄厚，我国经济大局稳定经济体制总体运转平稳，就业市场对每一届的高等院校毕业生需求量也趋于相对稳定，我们有决心有能力应对就业工作挑战！本文浅析如何培育当代大学生的就业能力，并以此提升就业质量和就业率。
