儿童考试焦虑与身体活动相关性的研究

Abstract：
随着我国经济快速发展，越来越多儿童课外身体活动时间减少，以脑力活动为主，考试焦虑现象越来越凸显。本研究通过对山西省太原市尖草坪区部分小学四至六年的学生进行考试焦虑与身体活动的调查，分析儿童考试焦虑现象及身体活动现状，探讨考试焦虑与身体活动、动态行为、静态行为之间的相关性。结果发现：儿童的中高强度的身体活动时间达到了国家规定的日运动时间，但总体每日运动时间不足；儿童普遍存在考试焦虑的状况，主要体现在担忧思维上；考试焦虑中的任务外行为的发生与静态行为之间存在显著的正相关关系。
