Abstract：
教务秘书是对高校学生进行素质教育管理工作的重要核心，关注其工作状态，培养教务秘书的专业素质，是我校培养管理科学化、制度化、合规性、程序化的关键保证，通过建设一个现代化高水平的教育管理队伍，可以为高校教育教学制度的改革与发展作出积极贡献。本文介绍了当前教务秘书的困境，并对学校教务秘书管理工作作出了反思和建议。
