关于制冷剂气相中不凝性气体测定方法的探讨

Abstract：
对制冷设备中不凝结气体的来源、分布、对制冷设备的影响、对制冷设备的危害、解决方法等进行了分析。氟代甲烷制冷剂中的非凝结气体主要来源于液态制冷剂中的原始空气。由于制冷剂中的 NCG含量太高，会改变制冷机的性能，进而影响制冷机的性能。通过与外资企业的合作，了解到国外对制冷剂中 NCG的含量非常重视。由于国外的标准空气价格高、操作复杂，所以采用玻璃注射器进样，并对面积规一化的法定量进行修正，既简单又经济，虽然精度比外标法稍低，但与外标法的测量结果是完全一致的。
