Abstract：
随着计算机应用技术在基础建设方面的普及，我国的桥梁工程建设也有了突飞猛进的飞跃。桥梁的施工环境也越来越复杂，由陆地到峡谷峻岭及大江大河乃至海湾海峡，改建和新建桥梁跨越各种障碍的情况层出不穷，但是骑行现有铁路的情况在国内外还是很少见。本文重点探讨某海外项目高架桥骑行现有铁路如何有效地进行下部结构的施工。
