Abstract：
企业在建筑工程施工中，为了实现自身的经济效益，应对工程造价的管理与控制进行加强。根据实践证明，在工程造价咨询业中，有效应用BIM技术，能够为工程造价全过程的实现提供技术支撑，同时有利于改进工程造价控制水平，有助于工程施工整体效益的实现等。
