Abstract：
民用建筑施工需要投入的资源种类繁多、数量庞大，还会引发大气污染、噪声污染、水污染等问题，严重影响了周围居民的正常生活。施工单位应运用绿色施工技术，对污染问题进行严格控制，同时采取节材、节水、节能措施，减少各类资源的投入，节约施工成本，扩大工程综合效益，为绿色建筑发展注入勃勃生机。
