Abstract：

以推进售电端市场化为核心思想的新一轮电改给供电企业带来了巨大的挑战。售电市场放开，准入多种售电主体，将处于传统垄断地位的供电企业推向了激烈的市场竞争。通过推进电能替代，优化能源综合利用，构建区域能源互联网从而实现角色转型、经营转型、管理转型是供电企业应对新环境、新形势的必由之路。
