电力企业人力资源开发与激励机制探讨

Abstract：
在企业的发展中，人才是企业竞争的法宝。企业的人力资源管理越完善，就可以将企业的优势发挥到最大化，从而为企业带来更大的发展空间，同时在人力资源管理中运用科学的激励机制会达到事半功倍的效果，并且可以激发员工的工作积极性。但是由于电力企业的特殊性，在具体的实施过程中，对人力资源开发管理和机制缺乏投入，造成很多人才的流失，没有将人才合理的利用。因此加大电力企业的人力资源开发，适当的增加一些激励机制，必将会推动电力企业的整体发展。本文就此展开了论述，以供参阅。
