    Abstract：

    近年来，我国经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就。电力等大型国有企业包括所属分、子公司的管理人员在管理实践中积极对战略人力资源管理系统进行了改进。在企业绩效考核、薪酬管理上引进了先进的理念和方法。下面，本文对绩效评价体系的构建粗略地进行探究。
