Abstract：
新时代背景下，立德树人成为教育工作的根本任务，而加强思政教育也成为各级学校面临的一项重大而紧迫的战略任务，思政教育的对象是中职学生，这与学生管理工作不谋而合，因此，将思政教育与学生管理工作相融合也成为新时代工作创新发展的重要思路。基于此，本文以中职教育为例简要分析中职思政教育与学生管理工作现状，研究思政教育与学生管理工作相融合的必要性，并多角度探究融合策略，希望对工作的创新发展提供参考借鉴。
