    Abstract：

    随着近几年人民对出行需求的快速增加，伴随着民航运输的快速发展，航班量也持续增加，中大型运输机场的规模也不断扩大，机场范围内的机队规模和地面保障人员车辆也极具扩大，为了保障航空器在地面的运行更加安全通畅，民航局部署全国大中型机场和空管塔台进行机坪管制移交，各地机场运行机坪管制几年以来，围绕着人-机-环境等三要素陆续出现的各类风险；本文通过机坪管制现状中出现的各类风险因素进行初步探究，并提出一定的解决方法。
