Abstract：

《小学数学课程标准》要求学生学有价值的数学，不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展，作为小学教师我们既关注学生当前的发展，又关注学生未来的发展，可持续发展。在此，我结合自己的教学经验，从课堂教学中学习兴趣的培养，学生学习过程的关注，课堂教学中运用现代教育技术和教学生活化等几个方面进行阐述
