Abstract：
随着经济的不断发展和社会信息化的深入，事业单位和科研机构进入了信息化发展的新阶段。将传统的音视频文件和纸质文件保存为电子文件，将档案传统记录的大量音视频文件材料和部分纸质文件整理保存整理为数字化电子文件,使历史档案信息化管理逐渐走上了信息化建设道路,是未来社会发展建设的迫切需要。
