    在当前高等教育教学当中管理问题以及相应的对策是我国经济发展的重要基础。其工作内容属于系统的工程，要促进薄弱学科以及优势学科的双向发展。采用激励政策要统筹兼顾各个学科的主要特点，以教学目标为中心。充分发挥各个阶层工作人员的主动性以及积极性，培养学生能够形成良好的社会主义核心价值观。全面的提高教学素养，学生应该学会尊师爱幼、勤奋好学等精神。
