    Abstract：

    学术界对于教育技术的定义为一种运用合适的技术开展一系列教育的过程与资源，最终实现教学理论、实践绩效水平的提升。由此可见教学技术涉及到的主要对象有教学的过程与资源，具体的研究内容主要包括设计、开发、使用、管理、评价。职业教育师范生毕业后主要的就业方向为技术类学校，鉴于此需要按照相应的标准对于职业教育师范生的教育能力进行全方面培训，提升职业教育师范生的教育技术水平。
