Abstract：
对于高职院校而言，在其教学之余根据教学工作的实际需求组织校内学生参加一些特定的比赛对于提高学生专业技能，培养其就业意识有着非常重要的意义。而商务谈判这门课程实践性非常强，将竞赛思维应用于商务谈判教学可以全面提高学生学习质量。以赛促学以赛促教这种教学模式可以将企业平台模拟应用、企业仿真谈判、综合素质考察等工作融为一个统一的整体。并且通过课程考核的方式实施，全面培养学生的团队意识。
