    Abstract：

    随着生活水平的不断提高，人们对建筑行业的施工质量提出了更高的要求。因此，为了实现社会效益和经济效益的同步发展，建筑企业必须重视绿色节能建筑施工技术的应用，重视建筑施工中的节能降耗控制，使其符合可持续发展战略目标的要求。基于此，笔者结合我国提出的绿色环保理念重要目标，对绿色节能建筑的开展进行分析，探索绿色节能技术在建筑施工领域的具体应用对策。
