Abstract：
随着城市化建设不断推进，促进了城市基础设施建设的规模化发展，尤其PPP模式在建筑投资领域的应用，为建筑企业的发展带来较大的挑战。在城市基础设施逐渐完善的社会大背景下，政府部门推行PPP模式吸引社会资本，拓展了建筑企业利润实现形式，缓解了建筑施工中资源短缺问题，这对于建筑企业解决融资问题提供了保障。鉴于此，本文主要对PPP项目风险进行了详细的阐述，并针对特征及风险提出了相关方面的解决对策，助力于建筑企业的发展。
