    Abstract：

    大数据技术的应用，将给基层档案管理工作带来重要影响，主要体现在对基层档案信息收集整理和基层档案信息服务影响两个方面，同时也对基层档案管理理论、档案信息资源管理、基层档案管理业务等带来新的挑战。本文就档案管理信息化的优势以及档案管理信息化发展过程中出现的问题进行阐述，提出相关建议。只有不断改革档案管理的方式以及人员的结构，才能够促进档案管理信息化进程，促进档案管理水平的提升以及发展。
