Abstract：
“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”是古代诗人对农民种地辛苦的感叹，随着我国国家建设速度的加快，从原来的社会主义建设国家到目前的发展国家，经历过粮食从勉强饱腹到吃不完浪费，正因为新时代人们饮食逐步丰富，让国内粮食浪费的问题加重，并引发人们强烈的反响。从高校食堂餐饮的角度来看，年轻一代对粮食的来的辛苦不得而知，导致高校食堂浪费现象极其严重，需要加强大学生的粮食节约意识。本文便从制止高校食堂餐饮浪费行为的方面展开节约粮食的思考，同时提出有效的建议，带动高校学生养成节约粮食、杜绝浪费的良好美德。
