Abstract：
为了带动我国土木工程产业的健康发展，减少在施工过程中环境污染现象的出现，使其符合我国资源可持续发展战略，做好资源的保护工作，除了建筑物的建设质量，更应当注重节能技术的实施，使土木建设工程的发展符合我国的政策要求。本文从土木工程中推行节能技术的实际意义出发，分析了当前土木工程施工中存在的不足，提出了多种节能应用措施，旨在改善土木工程中的资源浪费现象，带动建筑产业良性发展。
