Abstract：
普职融合是现代职业教育发展的重要方向，受到相关领域的高度重视，已成为当下的热门话题。基于此，本文首先阐述了发展普职融通的必要性与可能性，之后分析了普职融通过程中存在的问题，最后探讨并提出了基于现代职业教育体系下，普职融通的具体发展方向及实施策略，希望对推动现代职业体系的发展，增强学生的就业能力带来一些帮助。
