    Abstract：

    随着我国时代的不断变迁以及电力行业的改革使得电力企业不断加强电力信息化水平，而营业核抄收工作作为电力营销中的一个重要的工作环节应引起电力企业的重视。因此，电力企业加强对营业核抄收人员的管理，提高营业核抄收人员的业务水平及服务质量，并在企业内部制定完善的规章制度，建立严谨的考核机制，同时定期对营业核抄收人员进行技能培训，为电力企业信息化发展奠定有利基础。
