    民办高校辅导员职业化是民办高校办学规范化的重要考量。根据民办高校的定位、思想政治教育的需要等现实需要，民办高校辅导员职业化发展需要解决高校转型期师生的双重焦虑、民办高校辅导员面临的结构性难题以及不稳定的工作环境与情绪压力等心理指向的难题，通过制度维度的体制支撑与平台拓展、人才维度的队伍建设与待遇提高、心理维度的人文关怀与情感疏导，来推进民办高校辅导员职业化发展。
