    Abstract：

    自主游戏指的是教师引导幼儿通过游戏活动的方式构建完善的人格，提高幼儿沟通能力以及创新思维，而教师的指导是幼儿自主游戏的关键。基于此，本文首先对幼儿在自主游戏中的心理需求进行阐述，分析现阶段幼儿自主游戏中存在的问题，进而提出教师在幼儿自主游戏中的有效指导策略，希望对幼儿自主游戏活动的顺利开展提供一定帮助。
