Abstract：
随着社会经济的发展，技工学校德育工作面临许多新情况、新问题。加之德育工作一直以来都是技工学校的薄弱环节，如何做好学校德育工作，适应职业教育发展要求，是技工学校亟待解决的问题。本文探讨了技工学校德育工作存在的一些问题并提出了改善建议，以期能为技工学校德育工作的发展提供思路和方向。
