Abstract：

“双减”政策是全面贯彻党教育方针的重大举措，对坚持立德树人、提高学校教育教学改革质量具有重大意义。小学教育落实“双减”政策的过程中，面临较多现实问题，需要校长综合考虑多方面影响因素，深入研究和分析“双减”政策内容和要求，积极投身教育改革，全面提升教学质量和效率，促进学生身心健康的全面发展。
