    对于城乡居民来说，养老和医疗保险是他们最为关心的问题，国家也在逐步提高对这两方面工作的关注度，努力通过各种方式提升养老与医疗保险便民服务水平及能力。在互联网技术飞速发展下，也为城乡居民的养老、医疗保险便民服务带来新的契机，将进一步增强信息化平台建设，打造“线上+线下”双向化服务模式，提升便民服务质量及水平。
