水利水电工程能否顺利实施，对我们的国民生活和经济发展至关重要。因此，在这一过程中，应用更先进的技术才能保证工程顺利进行，导流围堰技术在水利工程技术中得到了更广泛的应用，与水利水电工程的整体进展和发展方向有关系，根据实际情况制定相应的施工方法和措施，最大限度地保证了施工技术的有效性。
