    随着信息技术、网络技术的飞速发展，越来越多的先进技术、数字化设备逐渐应用到酒店行业当中，对酒店行业发展带来了良好的发展给予，也带来了严峻的挑战，一方面推动了酒店行业的进步发展，另一方面对酒店从业人员提出了越来越高的要求。酒店职业教育与数字化运营的融合发展，不仅可以提高高职院校的教育教学水平，还能够为酒店数字化运作提供源源不断的优秀人才。因此对酒店职业教育与数字化运营融合发展的缺陷与问题展开深入地分析探讨，并提出一系列针对性的改善措施，具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。
