超声波方法进行石油机械结构的检测技术

Abstract：
相比于普通的机械设备，油气探勘装置和输送管线、储运容器等对无损检测技术的需求特别高，但同时由于这类机械设备结构不能出现空隙气孔、焊缝缺口、裂缝等质量问题，所以唯有采用无损检测技术方可保证石油机械结构的检测维修水平。文章首先剖析了石油机械构件无损检验面临的问题，阐述了超声无损检验方法的基本原理和优缺点，给出了使用超声开展石油机械构件无损检验的具体方法及其步骤。超声方法在机械设备构件无损检验中的运用能够提高无损检验的精细化管理水平，对石油机械构件的检查维修有着重大意义。
