    Abstract：

    迁西县地处河北省唐山市北部，是地质灾害防治重点区域，特别是近年来区内极端天气频发，加之地震及人 类工程作用，使得地质灾害特别是泥石流发生规模不断扩大，频率逐年提高。本文以迁西县瓦房峪沟泥石流为例，在分析地质环境概况的基础上，研究了瓦房峪沟泥石流形成的条件，提出了科学的防治建议。
