    经济的发展和时代的进步，使得国家对专业型工商管理人才的需求日益增强，对专业技能的要求也越来越高。但是，当前大部分学校的工商管理教学都重理论轻实践，因此大部分工商管理专业的学生实践能力不强。对于工商管理专业来说，它具有很强的实践性，教学中不仅要让学生将理论知识掌握好，还需要重点培养学生的实践操作能力，这样才能培养出适合社会和企业发展需求的专业型人才。
