    Abstract：

    近年来，我国的社会经济不断发展，对于土地资源的充分开发利用是格外重视的，因为土地资源关乎着我国社会主义现代化建设的发展。土地收购储备机制的实行，是对我国土地制度的一次创新，也是促进城市均衡发展的一个途径。但在实行过程中，土地收购储备机制仍有一部分问题存在，有待进一步的完善和提高。本章重点针对上述情况加以分析，并给出具体的完善措施。
