    Abstract：

    LNG产业也就是液化天然气产业，作为一种传统能源，液化天然气的优势显而易见，它不仅具有很高的经济效益，而且使用便捷，操作灵活，安全可靠，再加上自身的环保特点，在全社会得到广泛使用，在全球范围内得到了快速发展。我国的LNG产业虽然起步较晚，但发展的速度很快，从当前市场情况来看，LNG产业有着很好的发展前景，但在发展过程中仍然存在不同程度的问题，对此，本文主要对传统能源企业LNG产业的转型过程中存在的问题进行分析研究，并提出相关建议。
