    如今，医院作为国家公益服务事业的组成部分，其建设和发展到了一个重要时期。医药卫生体制改革的开展以及医院服务方式的转变，使得医院的档案工作在建设现代化医院时产生了巨大作用，此外改革也给医院档案工作带来了一定的发展难度和发展机遇。本文在促进医院提升现代化方案管理水平方面做出了思考，为档案管理工作提供一定参考。
