    Abstract：

    在“互联网+”背景下，本文以推动乡村社会治理为目的，采用实地观察法、访问调查法，调查研究乡风民俗在乡村社会治理中发挥的作用，探索出其发挥作用的三个机制，并据此提出促进文化产业发展、提高智慧化治理手段、推动新时代乡风建设的三项具体措施。
