Abstract：

随着社会经济的不断发展，人们对能源的需求越来越大。统一的能源供应已不能满足人们的需求，因此新能源的研究与开发已成为世界各国的一个重要课题。目前，新能源的开发和利用还比较简单，风能是其中的重要组成部分。由于其取之不尽、用之不竭的特点，在能源生产中发挥着非常重要的作用，并不断得到广泛的发展。
