    Abstract：

    建筑企业受员工思想观念多元化、工作模式不断变化、员工素质水平差异化等因素影响，就目前工作现状而言还存在诸多疏漏，应从实际问题出发，采取专项解决措施，以提高全体员工思想觉悟水平。思想政治工作不只是政工部门的分内之事，还需要其他部门协调配合，才能够实现政工教育的广泛推广，进而解决员工职业倦怠、好逸恶劳、责任推诿等常态化问题，变被动工作为主动付出，提高员工职业素养。
