Abstract：
随着时代的发展，建筑工程的作用越来越重要。为了更好地发展建设项目，良好的建设预算是必不可少的环节。但是，在现实生活中，估算预算的计算存在很多问题。这些问题也是影响概算编制和运行的重要因素。文章介绍了建设工程概算，指出了存在的问题和解决办法，提出了建设工程概算成本管理的建议。
