随着我国电力事业发展速度和发展质量不断提高，在电力事业发展过程中人们越来越注重解决与人们工作生活息息相关的问题，从细节处不断完善我国电力系统，电力负荷控制技术就是提高我国电力系统工作效率的一门技术，运用电力负荷控制技术使我国电力控制系统以及电力系统的工作质量越来越高，保证了人们用电的安全性、经济性和高效性。
