Abstract：
变电站值班员在进行具体工作过程中，受到多种因素的影响，会产生一定的电气误操作现象，对电力行业发展造成很大程度的不良影响，同时也在一定程度内威胁自身生命安全，必须对其进行有效预防，为了进一步明确预防措施，本文对变电站值班员电气误操作的原因与预防对策进行探讨。
