Abstract：
建筑信息化的高速发展，颠覆了传统建筑机电安装工程管理模式。特别是在安装工程的施工和设计过程中，BIM技术的优势十分突出。通过三维可视化的方式，将传统的二维模式，以三维的形式更直观地呈现在技术和管理人员的面前，使之更好地对机电安装工程中的各类管线、设备进行精准的把握。通过管线综合排布，还能够减少交叉碰撞的情况出现，对于缩短工期节约成本提高效率等方面，均有着积极的作用。
