    现阶段，建筑工程的建设高度在不断提高，建设规模也在不断扩大，出现了一些高层、超高层的建筑工程。这些类型的建筑工程对施工技术的应用有更高的要求，施工企业如不根据工程特点选择科学、适宜的施工技术，在应用这些技术时不进行优化和处理，将降低工程的施工质量和效率，影响工程的使用效果。因此，施工企业必须做好高层建筑施工技术问题的解决与处理。
