Abstract：

建筑工程项目施工过程关系着建筑工程质量的优劣，随着建筑行业的不断发展，传统的建筑工程项目施工管理模式已经不再适用，无法满足现阶段建筑工程项目管理的需要，建筑工程项目施工管理需要引进新的理念，创新管理模式，促进建筑企业的可持续发展。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了建筑工程项目管理现状及对策，以供参阅。
